Catherine
Worthington-Textile Artist
Saturday, Feb 2 and
Saturday Feb 9th, 2013

Cotton Weeds is so
pleased to have local textile artist Catherine Worthington teach at our

create new fabrics to use in your textile art. No painting experience
necessary! Catherine will supply paints. The second Saturday you’ll be using
your beautiful fabrics that you created and learn surface design making art
cards. You'll create unique art cards using bits and pieces of fabrics.
You'll collage fabrics to the make playful compositions, glue onto
card stock and do some basic stitching on the machine to add more detail.
